1. Search Accela Citizen Access

2. Create an account
   – Select “Individual” for organization
   – Fill out your personal information
3. Select the center tab “more”
   – Select “Professional License”
   If the website kicks you out, re-sign in and repeat this step
4. The next page should have hyperlinks on it
   – Scroll to the bottom and select “Plumbing Contractor”
   – Select “Apprentice”
5. Agree to the terms and press continue
6. Select “Add from account”
   – Add missing information
7. Add your birthday
8. Select AMPAC for the school/institution
9. Select the main tab for “Add Row”
   – This is where you put in the Master Plumber’s name, license number, and company name that you work under
10. If you have all of the required information, it will allow you to press continue
    – Agree to terms
11. You should see “View Record Details” at the bottom of the screen
    – After selecting “View Record Details”, you should see that your application is “Pending”

Notes:
– The process for this application is “Pending”, “In Progress”, and “Approved”
– When your application is “In Progress”, the county will ask you for $22.00
– There will be an email with your receipt after you pay
