Serving The Plumbing Industry

Fueled by a desire to positively impact and better the plumbing trade, a group of master plumbers had the vision to form a professional organization which would strengthen the foundation and further support the growth of their trade. In 1966 these professionals banded together and formed AMPAC, and for more than 50 years the professionals of AMPAC have supported the plumbing industry in Western PA. By setting the highest standards for licensing, providing quality cutting edge training and consistently ensuring their students receive the most up to date knowledge, AMPAC continues to support their industry. Thanks to the foresight of those original members and the continuing work of the present members, these united efforts have maintained a high standard for the industry.

Professional plumbers and the plumbing trade play an integral role within the advancement and safety of our society. Their commitment to the values of education,  professionalism,  honesty and integrity are what set AMPAC apart. For more than five decades AMPAC has been educating, preparing and graduating professionals that proudly uphold these values to better serve our fellow citizens, businesses and communities. Through a number of programs such as the Apprentice Program and Backflow course, AMPAC continues to be a valued resource for the plumbing community.
